Our journey of discovery led us to Ho Chi Minh City, where we met the passionate team behind 96B Café & Roastery. In 2021, they began working with growers in Quảng Trị, one of the few regions in Vietnam where Liberica still thrives.

Together with Bốn Phương growers, 96B has been pushing the boundaries of what Liberica can be refining processing methods and post-harvest practices to unlock its true potential.

The result? A stunning Champagne Yeast Natural Liberica, unlike anything we’ve tasted before. Bold, vibrant, and elegant this coffee marks an exciting new chapter in our Discovery Series.
