He bought the farm in 2019 and has since focused on meticulous cultivation and processing, resulting in coffees that are fruity, sweet, and complex with stone fruit notes.

Outside of coffee, Jhon runs a lively YouTube channel where he performs Vallenato and Norteño music. His coffees are selectively handpicked, pulped, and dried on rooftop marquesinas, where he frequently rakes the parchment for even drying.

This lot showcases the terroir’s white florals, berry candy sweetness, and a bright tangerine finish.
