Next on our journey of discovery: Café Granja La Esperanza (CGLE). Introducing Tres Dragones, a naturally processed coffee with bold notes of blueberry jam, plum, and cacao—a flavour bomb with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.
Carefully handpicked, the cherries undergo 36 hours of in-cherry fermentation, followed by 48 hours in a 35°C silo, then 15 days of solar drying.
After a devastating fire at the Potosí farm, CGLE rebuilt with a more efficient facility giving rise to the “Three Dragons” profile. Named after the three gas-fired dryers, this process delivers precision and depth to every batch.
