Sourced from Aricha village in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, this natural-processed coffee is grown by 800 farmers at 1,900–2,100 m.a.s.l., where unique microclimates shape its vibrant flavor.
Coupled with the region’s high altitude, this meticulous process produces coffees celebrated for their exceptional quality and vibrant complexity.
Hand-sorted and soaked for 12 hours to enhance natural sugars, it delivers a rich, honey-like sweetness that embodies the essence of Ethiopian coffee craftsmanship.
