A classic washed Guatemalan coffee with notes of sweet lemon, red currant, and caramel.

In 2006, Doña Romelia Sánchez Gómez purchased her farm, La Florida, and transformed it into a thriving estate. Producing about 270 quintals of parchment coffee annually, the farm is shaded by Chalum and Gravilea trees, with cooling cloud cover in the Santa Bárbara area.

Alongside coffee, Romelia also cultivates peaches and avocados and continues to expand with new land and techniques.
