The Nensebo Mewa Washing Station, located in Ethiopia’s West Arsi region, processes specialty coffee from smallholder farmers in the Nensebo woreda using traditional washed methods.

Established to enhance quality and ensure traceability, the station works in partnership with ALO Coffee to produce lots distinguished by notes of White Florals, Honey, and Fresh Peaches. Local producers deliver their coffee cherries to the station, where they are carefully processed to bring out these unique characteristics.
