The Waterfalls – Colombia Tabi Natural

With notes of dried apricot, guava, and vanilla. Just 30 minutes from Medellín, The Waterfall Estate sits high above Girardota, surrounded by untouched forests and nourished by a natural waterfall.

Founded by Mateo and his brother in 2013, the farm continues their family’s coffee legacy dating back to 1891. At 1,650–1,850m, they grow Gesha, Tabi, and Yellow Bourbon, blending tradition with innovation to create coffees that express harmony between land, water, and heritage.
